Website management packages

Here at bluetinweb our Website management packages can be tailored to suit your needs. You can choose either our Maintenance contract or our Pay as you need updates. Our Maintenance contract is charged on an annual basis, however this is flexible and can be setup as quarterly or six monthly payments (as applicable). Our Pay as you need updates option is charged at an initial hour of work, followed by half hourly increments (as required).

Standard maintenance contract

Our Standard maintenance contract is charged at a per month basis (billed annually) or as a quarterly package deal, and includes these services:

checking that your site is still up and running,
maintaining a current monthly backup of your website,
updating modules and components of your website,
providing 3 minor changes to your website content per month (not cumulative),
monitoring your site limits.

Business maintenance contract

Our Business maintenance contract is charged at a per month basis (billed annually) or as a quarterly package deal, and includes these services:

maintaining a current monthly backup of your website,
updating modules and components of your website,
providing 5 minor changes or 2 larger changes to your website content per month (not cumulative),
monitoring your site limits.

Pay as you need updates

Pay as you need updates start at $87.50 and are charged at an initial hour, followed by half-hourly increments - as required. They are quoted by the job and depend on the amount of work required. Remember, it is important to keep your website up to date and fresh, so that new and existing customers can view your website with current and up to date information and prices etc. When your website is kept up to date your site is better indexed by the search engines and it also shows that the site is current and active.

Note:
The maintenance changes do not include fixing issues generated due to client changes to the website.
Hourly rates and maintenance contracts are negotiated on a per customer basis.

Some months may only get updates to modules and components to your website and may not get a monthly backup.
